About the role:

PTC are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service and Administrationteam memberto join us on a full-time basis (Mon-Fri / 9am-5:30pm) in our Head Office based in Crestmead!

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration professional. As a Customer Service and Administration team member, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding Customer Service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming office experience.
  • Manage administrative tasks with precision, including records, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
  • Uphold the security and safety of our front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Process payments, handle customer complaints, and maintain accurate financial transactions.
  • Provide critical support for inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative functions.
  • Exercise autonomy in decision-making and take initiative in assisting with company events.
  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain a tidy front-of-house area with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, upholding our company values in all interactions.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A genuine passion for mobile & tech!
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and Administration roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and point-of-sale systems.
  • An ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
