Key Details

  • Commencing 29th January 2024

  • Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (rotating roster)

  • Location: 485 La Trobe Street Melbourne VIC - Ideal location for public transport, Door step at Flagstaff Station, 10 min walk from Southern Cross, Trams, and $13 daily parking

  • Australian based role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent Customer Service by handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve outstanding balances.

  • Efficiently process back-office tasks.

  • Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and payments.

  • Ensure accurate and timely responses and outcomes are provided to customers.

  • Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Continuously strive for performance improvement through consistent and effective work practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to relate to and effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.

  • Desirable previous experience in Customer Service and administration.

  • Positive attitude, team player with the ability to work collaboratively towards achieving mutual goals.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
