Green Light Worldwide is currently partnering with a key client and seeking people with collections experience in a Call Centre environment who are passionate about service delivery and teamwork to support a large nationally recognised Australian Company.
In this role, you will be on the front line, as part of the collections Call Centre team. You are passionate about helping people and making a difference to the day-to-day lives of customers, delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound calls to customers via phone regarding their unpaid debts
- Negotiating payment arrangements with customers
- Updating customer account information
- Documenting all interactions with customers in the system
- Providing customer service and answering questions related to their debts.
Requirements to be shortlisted:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have clear telephone communication skills, quick to learn, positive minded and solutions focussed.
- Strong prioritisation, decision making and negotiation skills.
- Previousexperience with Kraken customer service platform is essential.
