In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Act as a point of contact for our valued customers via online & face to face.
• Keep customers informed of company services, new products and features, Price movements, supply situation etc.
• Handle telephone and email orders and enquiries about products and services
• Ensure all Invoices, orders and quotations are processed and completed in a timely manner.
• Dispatch goods in accordance with supply schedules
• Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely fashion.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Have excellent Customer Service skills and a desire to learn.
• Adaptability to new software and processes
• Positive and can-do attitude!
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
• General interest in the Automotive industry or engines highly desired
• Warehouse tasks understanding
• High attention to detail
• Confident and always striving for the highest level of Customer Service.
