The opportunity:

Our Development line of business are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the team based at our Minnippi Quarter residential development in Carina 4152. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Service Assistant will support management of the site for the residents, tenants, & investors across the common property areas of a 172-townhouse estate, in conjunction with the Caretaker.

The role is a casual role on Saturdays from 9.00am – 12.30pm, with some flexibility desirable.

Responsibilities

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

• Provide front-of-house Customer Service to the residents
• Respond to all residents’ & Body Corporate enquiries
• Facilitate & supervise move-ins/outs, book resident facilities, & ensure adherence to by-laws
• Support the Community Development Manager (CDM)
• Maintain strong working relationships with residents, Body Corporate, CDM & tradespeople
• General cleaning & maintenance tasks to ensure high presentation standards of the estate & common areas
• Organise regular trades servicing & quotations for the Body Corporate 

Requirements

You may have all or some of the following skills & experience:

• Customer service experience (preferably)
• A customer-focussed approach
• A positive, friendly nature & a “can-do” attitude
• Able to be proactive & problem-solve autonomously
• Flexibility for Saturdays from 9.00am to 12.30pm & other occasional hours
