About the Role
As a Customer Care - Collections Officer you will be responsible for providing customer support to Money3 customers to recover overdue payments while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Day to day you'll be:
- Working with customers regarding financial assistance
- Discussing payment dates, amounts and ongoing payment plans with customers.
- Keeping track of assigned customers and account payments.
- Collections calls to customers.
- Updating account status, data entry and system administration
- Compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
- Assisting customers with queries and resolutions
- Supporting the team with ad hoc duties
About you
- You are a natural at supporting and helping others, and genuinely enjoy doing so.
- Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment is what you are known for.
- You have a genuine desire to help others and have a natural talent to problem-solve.
- You exercise good judgment.
- You are comfortable learning new systems and ways of working.
Demonstrated experience in a similar position or experience in a customer service-based role preferably in financial services but not essential.
