We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Customer Service Concierge to join our team in Kilmore.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, providing a seamless customer experience, and putting the customer at the centre of EVERYTHING we do.
About the role:
- Meet, Greet and Check-in our service customers when they arrive.
- Book and quote customers for their servicing or repair needs; face to face, on the phone and online.
- Maintain customer database records with a high level of data accuracy.
- Arrange loan vehicles for customers.
- Drop off and pick up customers and/or their vehicles as required.
- Quote and sell additional work required when reported to ensure our customer's vehicle remains safe and reliable.
- Invoice work for customers, take payment and warmly farewell them.
- Provide phenomenal Customer Service.
About You…
- You’re a people person first and foremost.
- You’re able to move quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Have a great understanding of computers and are willing to learn systems and processes quickly.
- You’re strong in organisational skill
- Have a current driver’s license (manual an advantage).
- Have experience in providing great Customer Service, exceeding customers expectation.
- A self-starter with the ability to think on your feet.
- A mature, polished and professional approach
