The role is to ensure the top level of service and communication exceeds customer expectations. Be part of a team who welcomes you as family and supports your progress. You will be responsible for but not limited to : Provide exceptional Customer service and build long-term relationships with their clients Prepare quotes with accurate pricing information Process orders in a timely manner to meet deadlines Process and monitor database for trade transactions Accurately process invoices
The Ideal candidate should demonstrate: Be customer focused and have the ability to overcome objections Clearly understand the clients needs and requirements Excellent verbal and written communication Willingness to learn with a positive attitude High levels of time management and use initiative Able to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
