About the role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be based in the Adelaide Contact Centre taking calls from existing customers enquiring about their Health insurance policies
Work alongside committed, like-minded and caring colleagues who embrace people first service.
Whether you come from a Contact Centre background or perhaps you are currently working in retail or hospitality this role provides thorough in office training to set you up for success.
About you
You naturally have a great attitude with an outlook that no job is too big or small. You can build rapport quickly, are motivated, and pride yourself on your excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
- A tech-savvy person who is confident using multiple computer systems.
- Someone who has previous experience within a Customer Service position.
- An excellent communicator, listener and problem solver who is comfortable working in a busy role.
