Customer Service Coordinator

Permanent opportunity for a Customer Service coordinator - Ingleburn location - $70,000 plus Super

Your new company 
This established manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Customer Service Officer to join their growing business. 
Your new role 
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Provide a high level of Customer Service - manage inbound calls
• Responding to telephone/email enquiries 
• Liaise with technicians regarding repairs and scheduling technicians for jobs 
• Liaise with other departments within the organisation to investigate customer complaints/enquiries 
• Enter customer information in the system and update the customer accordingly 
• Arrange replacement products 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Previous experience working in a service department is advantageous 
  
• Excellent communication skills 
  
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
