Customer Service Coordinator Night
An opening exists for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team at Andrews Meat Industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.
About your new role
In this role you will be our front line of customer support. You will work as part of a team, gathering a strong understanding of the business products and customers. This is a permanent full timeNight Shift role based in Lidcombe.
Work Hours
The work hours will be between 4pm and Midnight.
Usual days will be Monday to Friday.
We would like someone who is happy to work a Sunday shift on a rotational basis which is paid as overtime.

What are the role responsibilities?
This role would be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly
- Data entry
- Database management
- General administration duties
Who we are looking for?
This opportunity would suit an experienced or junior Chef OR someone with previous Customer Service experience in the meat industry looking for that next challenge. What we need from you is:
- Previous invoicing / data entry experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- An enthusiastic team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable criteria:
- Experience in food manufacturing industry
