Client Details
Our client is a Major distributor of wholesale dry food products across ANZ. They on a growth trajectory and have created role for an Export Customer Service Coordinator to join their logistics team.
Role Description
You will be responsible for providing outstanding logistics administation support
- Bulk order entry.
- Booking shipping lines and generating consignment notes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining and accurately entering information into databases for analytics purposes.
- General office administration duties & additional duties when required in organising the filing system
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Sales order entry experience.
- Computer literacy - Word, Excel, basic online applications
- Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal
- Effective time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- You are responsible, ethically minded, have a stable work record
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bulk order entry experience is a must have.
- Demonstrated exports customer service experience.
- Experience entering contracts in BSM will be highly regarded.
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent communicator, with strong Customer Service experience and the ability to deal with confidential information
- MS Office experience including good Excel skills
- Australian Citizen or PR
- Happy to work in the office Mon through Friday.
