About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinatorto join our team based on a full-time permanent basis and play an integral role in our ongoing growth and direction.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service and assisting in scheduling appointments for our Specialist Consultants to ensure effective and efficient team functioning.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key responsibilities- Manage all correspondence - phone and email.
- Respond to/address all client requests/enquiries.
- Arrange appointments and reserve equipment for trials.
- Refer enquiries to the correct departments.
- Work effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Support other members of the Customer Service Team as required.
- Take ownership and follow through to resolution.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience in an Customer Service/administration/scheduling role.
- Good knowledge of the geography and surrounding regions.
- Customer centric and good phone manner skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a can do attitude!
- Advanced computer literacy (Office suite, CRMs and phone system).
