This leading non-bank lender based in the heart of the CBD are looking at taking on multiple Customer Services individuals to take the next step in their financial services career. About the roles:
This company are taking on multiple opportunities within the Customer Service sector. Depending on the role, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to;
  • Provide great Customer Service over the phone, via email and with the internal teams
  • Documentation and administration of the application process
  • Build a rapport with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Entry of all new loan applications for assessment and insufficient applications
  • Admin duties + more
About you:
  • No banking experience necessary! All training provided
  • Experience in Customer Service or are a recent graduate
  • A can do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress with a love for all this Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
