We have an opportunity for the right person to join our established team as our Customer Service Manager, based at our Rockingham site. The successful candidate will have excellent Customer Service experience and a sound understanding of FMCG.

We would like to meet candidates who can demonstrate a good understanding of Customer Service, someone who has excellent communication skills and can be the main point of contact between Sales, Production and Distribution.
You will be joining a dynamic sales team and be a part of a close-knit and supportive business unit. You will also have a good degree of independence within the role. You will provide support to Divisional General Managers and the Sales Manager to achieve desired outcomes.
The everyday tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing the Telesales Team
- Liasing with Key Accounts
- Develop excellent and professional relationships with Key Accounts
- Ability to adapt to various situations when handling customers
- Action, investigate and resolve customer / consumer complaints and queries
- Forecasting weekly demand plan for production
