Primary Objective:
The Manager Customer Experience will lead, support and manage the multi-channel customer service functions, including customer care, credit management, hardship and billing functions ensuring a high level of customer service experience is delivered for Jacana Energy’s customers through the effective management and building of high-performance teams to achieve results in an efficient and cost-effective manner. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered. Two vacancies are available, one ongoing and one fixed for up to 4 years.
