About your new role
You will control the day to day running of the facility Engineering Services departments and maintenance of the oral health clinics. The department’s prime function is the maintenance of all buildings, grounds, plant and equipment within these facilities. This includes the efficient implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance programmes and the supervision of contractual works.
You will be based across Balmain and Rozelle campuses.
About you...
- Holds appropriate trade qualification/s with extensive building services maintenance experience in a complex building environment.
- Has experience in the supervision and operation of planned/corrective maintenance programming.
- Holds a current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
