We are seeking a Customer Services Manager to work from our Geelong Office
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Policy and Procedure Development: Creating and Reviewing Customer Service Guidelines
- Operational Efficiency: Streamlining Call Centre Operations
- Leadership and Recruitment Support: Guiding and Assisting Team Members
- Staff Management and Development: Motivating and Training Customer Service Personnel
- After-Sales Services Planning: Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Service Performance
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinating with Other Units and Customers
- Customer Relations Maintenance: Cultivating Strong Client Relationships
Qualification: Diploma in Relevant Field
Experience- At least two years of relevant experience, preferable in a cleaning company
