Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided.
- Ensure operational efficiency within the company.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members and assist with recruitment.
- Manage, motivate and develop team members providing Customer Services.
- Plan and implement after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided.
- Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
- Answer calls and manage emails as required and handle excalations to support the team.
- Develop good relationship with customer.
- Oversee accurate and on time order processing/ data entry and general administration.
- Ability to understand and familiarize refrigeration products and services.
- Make ongoing recommendations to management for improvements of processes and procedures and achieve continuous improvement.
