We are currently seeking dedicated and results driven Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for service excellence and a proven track record in managing and enhancing customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversea daily operations of the customer service team.
-Develope and enforce effective customer service policies, procedures, and quality standards.
-Hire, train, and mentor customer service staff.
-Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
-Work with other managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoint.
-Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff development and team building.
-Diploma of Management or above
-at least two years work experience or more
