About the role
The main roles and responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager's role are, but not limited to:
* Dealing and Communicating with your clients via email/ phone/ meetings/ site visits
* Carrying out multiple site visitations and completing cleaning inspection reports
* Co-ordinating with cleaners to ensure they are completing all set tasks
* Assisting with rosters/ schedules, daily reports and other various reports

Skills and experience
The below requirements are needed for this position:
