About the Position
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for an ASAP start within a dynamic team. Being a specific role, it is essential that you have prior experience within a comparable Customer Service or Account Management role.
Reporting to the New South Wales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the cleaning, waste and hygiene services across a portfolio of clients in the South Sydney and Southwest Sydney regions.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all client premises assigned to you according to the agreed visit schedule
- Training and induction of cleaners to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities, standards to uphold and safety obligations
- Ensure all Inspections meet cleaning standards and EH&S compliance
- Manage consumable stock levels and organise replenishment
- Conduct cleaning audits
- Consult with the client’s representative to establish their satisfaction with the current service level.
- Provide feedback to the cleaning team and take necessary steps to correct any satisfaction issues within the shortest possible time frame.
- Organise special cleaning requirements as required and ensure efficient execution
- Conform to ISO standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & AS/NZS 4801:2001)
- Provide coaching and feedback to cleaners and ensure training and documentation is maintained
- Market Supercare services to existing clients
- Grow and develop strong relationships with all client sites and key stakeholders
- Respond to client requests or complaints with the urgency required
- Provide proactive service delivery
Requirements
- The successful applicant is to undertake a working with children check along with a National Police Check.
- Valid and current drivers' licence with own vehicle
- Prior experience in a comparable role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Possess effective leadership qualities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Be a hands-on performer who is actively involved in any or all aspects of Customer Service as required
- Be fanatical about ensuring customer satisfaction while continuing to grow and evolve client accounts
