The role of full-time Customer Service Manager is responsible for the supervision of staff and communicating issues to warehouse for resolution and providing a conduit for resolution. Main Responsibilities Supervision of administration and despatch staff Processing credits/warranties and orders Answering phone calls and responding in a timely fashion via email. Ability to create excellent relationships with customers to enhance sales revenues.
