An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional Customer Service at every step of the way.
In this role you will:
- Provide end-to-end sales support – process customer orders, coordinate transport and ensure appropriate paperwork is complete
- Effectively manage freight processes – ensure transport details, lead times and pricing are recorded and coordinated accurately and effectively
- Invoicing, and general sales administration assistance
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Leadership experience required
- Experience working in a customer- service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer and data management skills – experience with MYOB preferred
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
