We are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position of Customer Service Manager.
The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement Customer Service policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Direct the daily operations of the Customer Service team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
