This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start for an initial 6 month assignment with potential for extension. Located in Docklands, offering hybrid arrangements - 4 days work from home / 1 day in office. Duties:
- Answering and responding to inbound calls
- Providing strong and friendly Customer Service to all customers
- General adhoc duties
About you:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment
- Previous experience working for State Government is highly regarded
- Passionate about Customer Service and helping customers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
