You will book appointments, respond to customer needs, solve problems on the fly and process jobs through the system.What are we looking for
- Admin and data entry experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills, good written & verbal communication
- Logical thinker with an ability to multitask and identify solutions
- Familiarity with local region to understand our service areas
- Proactive and solutions focussed, problem solving ability
- Confidence with computer systems important
- Customer focussed with an ability to connect with people over the phone
- Can work independently as well as supervised
- Scheduling experience highly regarded
