About the Role
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Customer Service Officer to join our Darwin office located at East Arm
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors and ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Minimize outstanding debtors and reconcile debtors as necessary
- Handle customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner
- Provide customers with product, service and procedural information
- Accurate new customer account setup
- Process credit card payments as required
- Support Operations and Sales staff
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in administration / in-bound call centre / Customer Service role
- Experience in credit, debtor & cash handling
- A professional and friendly telephone manner as the major focus of this role is telephone based
- Good attention to detail
- A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
