ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced telephone operator with exceptional phone skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effictively both verbally and in writing. Reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Customer Service and support via phone, email and face to face
- Liaising with internal staff to achieve desired outcomes for customer satisfaction
- Daily bookings for new and existing customers
- Ensuring the prompt resolution of customer enquiries
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of inbound enquiries each day
- Be a highly motivated person with an enthusiastic personality
- Have good time management skills with a “can-do” attitude and a strong customer focus
- Have the ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers' requirements and be proactive in resolving their enquiry
You will be provided with full training and support in our software and systems so that you can deliver excellent service to each and every individual customer.
This is a full time position - Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm
