ARC, a reputable steel fabrication company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team at the Lynbrook branch where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This position would be a suitable opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer/sales experience.
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (can be flexible)
Your responsibilities:
Customer enquiries and sales, over the phone and at the front counter
Trouble shooting customer sales queries and questions
Upselling and providing quotes to customers
Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, purchasing and inventory control
Despatch and production planning with guidance
We are looking for someone who is Customer Service focused, has a high attention to detail and who thrives working in a fast-paced friendly environment
You will also have:
Experience in a similar phone-based Customer Service role
The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
Team player and can multi-task well
