About the role
The LANDATA® team within SERV is responsible for delivering property information including title, survey, valuation and property sales, property certificates and planning certificates through our network of data information brokers and our online service.
We are looking for someone to join the team as a Customer Service Officer for a 12 month maximum term role. This role works within this team to provide exceptional Customer Service, primarily over the phone via the LANDATA® call centre as well as online customer support.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide support to our customers over the phone (inbound and outbound calls) and via email in a high-volume contact centre environment
- Excellent rapport building skills, working in a team environment
- Provide administrative support to the LANDATA® team including data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, databases and related processing activities
- Continuously meet and exceed set OKR targets
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
About You
- A professional and efficient customer-centric operator, committed to providing high quality outcomes
- Proven experience working in a high-volume Customer Service environment
- Experience with inbound and outbound call centres handling enquiries in a professional and confident manner
- Flexible and collaborative worker who will work with the LANDATA® team to ensure that SERV's business objectives are met and team OKRs are achieved
- Strong attention to detail in administrative activities, such as data entry
- Highly efficient and organised with the ability to manage the workload and work proactively
- The ability to multi-task across all aspects of the LANDATA® team
- Proven ability to use software applications (such as Microsoft Office products)
- Previous experience in a property environment would be advantageous
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, in a hybrid environment, Monday and Friday at home, if desired.
