We are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced person to join our Customer Service team in the role of Customer Service Officer on a full time basis.
This role will be responsible for:
- To provide Customer Service/administrative support at the front reception area of the Port Fairy production plant.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls as required.
- Use of the Port Fairy production plant’s internal PA system.
- General administrative duties including preparation of word documents, letters, travel, accommodation bookings, ordering supplies (PPE, first aid supplies etc) maintaining records/databases and assisting with purchase orders.
- General security awareness in relation to the site and its operations.
- Monitor security systems.
- Operate access control systems for vehicles and pedestrians.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is desirable.
- High level communication skills.
- Problem solving.
- Microsoft Office and data processing experience.
- Time management.
