ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Novated Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for focusing on the day-to-day management of Custom Fleet's portfolio of Novated Leasing customers, ensuring an ongoing high level of Customer Service and therefore, client retention.
Duties will include (but not limited to) -
- Providing excellent Customer Service by resolving customer and driver queries
- Understanding the Novated Leasing product range
- Providing proactive management of client database to ensure relationships are maintained
- Completing maintenance, rewriting, restructuring, and modification of Novated leases
- Managing end-of-lease process to highlight the retention of our customers
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will portray the following –
- Appreciation of customer challenges with the ability to deliver proactive Customer Service solutions and enhance the overall customer experience
- Have contact centre experience in managing both phone and email workloads
- A strong ability to listen, interact and help our customers
- Have well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Come with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work
