The Opportunity
Our client is NGO operating in the Health & Communicty Sector and has been around for 30 years. They are currently seeking motivated Customer Service focussed staff with good administrative skills to join their team.
Duties:
This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing clients and third parties
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to facilitate meetings between clients and third party operators
- Ability to operate in a fast-faced environment
- Maintaining and updating client records accurately
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- The ability to liaise with clients and a variety of stakeholders
- Proven experience in administration and Customer Service
