About the Position
In this role you are responsible for providing a high level ofCustomer Service and administration support to the City’srecreation facilities. You will be the first point of contact toall our internal and external stakeholders including the generalpublic, residents and rate payers. You will demonstrate enthusiasmand have a genuine interest in providing great support.
About You
You will have strong attention to detail, be able to workautonomously to complete set tasks, however also be an integralteam member when it comes to problem solving and achievingsuccessful outcomes.
- Provide a high level of Customer Service consistent with the City's Customer Service Charter.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in processing financial transactions.
- Complete relevant administration tasks with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and service.
- Maintain safe, hygienic, well presented and readily accessible facilities.
- Respond to incidents and emergency situations within site procedures, training and capacity.
- Exercise duty of care and work in a safe and efficient manner, having regard for your own safety and that of other workers and the general public.
- Work effectively in a team environment and assist others to achieve service unit goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operations.
- Under the direction of the Team Leader Customer Experience review and report on front desk Customer Service standards, providing recommendations for improving both Customer Service and service efficiencies.
Relevant experience in a multipurpose recreation facility ishighly desirable.
