ABOUT THE ROLES
We have TWO fixed-term opportunities for Customer Service Officers available in our Haymarket office.  The roles are both 5 days per week (35 hours per week).

The Customer Service Officer, Assets will be responsible for providing excellent client service to Bridge Housing tenants requiring responsive maintenance.

The Customer Service Officer, Homes will report to the Director, Assets and be primarily responsible for providing support to the wider Homes Team in carrying out their different team functions and their responsibilities supporting other teams in the organisation and our tenants.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Support Bridge Housing to meet service delivery standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to all tenant enquiries and request within the service levels outlined in the Customer Service Charter.
  • Coordinating maintenance works with approved contractors and ensuring works are carried out in line with service agreements and the repair priority list
  • Assist the Homes team to maintain good governance and administration of Responsive Maintenance works by keeping accurate records, files and information in the relevant system and providing accurate information and reporting as agreed.
  • Support and assist the teams to meet regulatory and compliance obligations, and maintain good governance by keeping accurate records, files and all information stored in its relevant system.
  • Support the Assets team meets its financial goals and obligations by ensuring contractor invoices are accurate and coordinating maintenance work that demonstrates the responsible use of the responsive maintenance budgets
  • Provision of Homes team meeting coordination and support, including assistance preparing agendas, relevant correspondence and scribing as required.
