Your new company An exciting Customer Service Officer position has become available in our clients' well-known Bairnsdale office. The role of a Customer Service Officer will be to provide a positive experience for customers in various avenues, ranging from daily face-to-face interactions as well as telephone and email interactions at times. This position will see you working directly with customers who are requesting information relating to a range of different enquires as well as processing different types of transactions. Other key duties may include sourcing and interpreting moderately complex information to customers using a range of database systems.
You will be responsible for the following
Respond to enquiries (face-to-face, phone and email)
Maintain and improve Key Performance Indicators such as customer wait times
Apply policy and procedures to investigate and resolve a range of customer enquiries
Process cash and eftpos transactions
Assess learner drivers on their road and driving knowledge
Perform various administration tasks, such as data entry, drafting written correspondence and scheduling appointments
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Customer Service experience
Sound computer literacy with diverse computer systems
Current Full Australian Driver's Licence or P2 Licence
Ability to work within a team as well as independently
Confident and ability to use initiative
2x Covid-19 Vaccinations
*Successful candidates will be required to obtain a police check*
