The role:
As the Reception/Assistant Administration Officer you will report to the Practice Manager. In this dynamic role spanning both Client Services and office administration you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming all clients, guests, and staff.
- Overall presentation of the office.
- The office administrative duties which include reception, general office duties such as filing, photocopying, collection and distribution of mail among other admin duties allocated.
- Maintaining and Updating software systems with Client information
- Overseeing stationary supplies and office equipment
- Deliver and maintain our client service offering.
- Liaising with third party office suppliers, and fund managers and other product providers
- Monday to Friday, in office role.
About You:
- Previous experience in a reception/front of house role is preferred but not essential.
- Presentable and outgoing, ensuring the best impression to clients and telephone callers.
- Conscientious, reliable, and flexible nature
- Ideally have sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Flexible to adapt to constantly changing demands.
- A competent ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks accurately.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team.
- Good written skills and attention to detail including the ability convey accurate and concise information.
- Financial Planning office experience is desirable but not essential.
