About the role
Join a successful branch in a team of Customer Service Officers. You will be working closely with Account Managers, Warehousing and the Leadership team, to ensure customers are having a continuously positive experience with Tonkin.
You will drive a customer-centric approach across:
• Providing outstanding customer experience via face-to-face interactions, phone and email
• Creation and maintenance of pricing related information
• Post-sales support including data collation
• Coordinating leads and referrals to account managersAbout your experience
It’s important that you are a team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet.
