Customer Service Officer - Investor Services

JBWere are looking for a Customer Service superstar to work on a project in their Investor Services Team

Your new role 
Do you want to kick-start your career in Investor Services and Private Wealth? Within this role you will be responsible for;

Assist JBWere clients with the new portal platform during the upgrade period. 

Handle high volumes of inbound calls related to the portal upgrade. 

Support a campaign targeting 8000 clients who are dormant on the portal or lack access. 

Provide support to clients via phone or email, answering queries and resolving issues.

Monitor and manage incoming correspondence daily 

Assist clients with portal access, password resets, and general queries. 

Manage team inboxes efficiently, handling approximately 70 emails per day.

Address queries such as portfolio valuations, statements, and portal access issues

Handle 30 to 40 inbound calls daily

Starting on the 24th June, this will be an initial 6-month temporary contract with the potential for extension. You will be based at 395 Bourke Street and will work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30. After the initial training period, you will switch to a hybrid working environment and attend the office twice a week. You will be paid $34.58 + Super

What you'll need to succeed 
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous Customer Service experience, especially in phone-based interactions, is preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Detail-oriented and organised.

Familiarity with financial services or investment-related terminology is a plus.
