We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our administration team at Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre (OPSMC).
We have one position available being part-time must be able to work hours between Monday - Friday with occasional requirements Saturday mornings.
Founded in 1987, OPSMC has developed into an internationally recognised, market - leading provider of Sports and Exercise Medicine to athletes and the general public. OPSMC is situated in the AAMI Park Stadium, Olympic Blvd Melbourne, and is a multidisciplinary practice including Physiotherapy, Sports Physicians, Orthopaedic Surgery, Podiatry, Dietetics, Massage therapy, Exercise Physiology, Sports Psychology and Hand therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient check-in upon arrival
- Patient bookings and phone calls
- Patient billing – HICAPS and Medicare
- Liaising with providers and other key stakeholders
