Working full time Monday to Friday starting 8:00am you will also receive free Gym Membership and free onsite parking.
You will be handling a high number of enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email and via our client portal in relation to their new loan application or current loan. You will be required to answer general enquiries and provide support for such things as document uploads and bank transaction retrievals and complete additional administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
- Assist customers with general enquiries
- Loan documentation uploads
- Assist with account updates
- Discuss new and existing loan applications
- Have strong attention to detail for making accurate file notes and updating the database
- Adhere to internal policy, system processes and external regulatory requirements.
- Ability to always remain professional, respectful, and cooperative
- A team player with a positive mindset
- An ability to build rapport and manage positive relationships
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work with a variety of customers
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer environment desirable
