Our client, with many years’ experience supplying quality products to the building industry, requires the services of an experienced Customer Service Representative / Officer to join their vibrant team based in Melbourne’s western suburbs.  
 
In this dynamic, challenging and highly pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional Customer Service via phone and email
• Coordinating all installations
• Assisting with any warranty claims
• Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is correct

To be eligible for and more importantly to be successful in this role you will need to possess the following key attributes:

• Previous Customer Service / scheduling experience within the building industry
• The ability to work with a variety of external contractors
• The ability to deal with customers
• The ability to understand plans
• Thorough attention to detail
• Excellent time management, presentation and communication skills
