Our client, with many years’ experience supplying quality products to the building industry, requires the services of an experienced Customer Service Representative / Officer to join their vibrant team based in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
In this dynamic, challenging and highly pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional Customer Service via phone and email
- Coordinating all installations
- Assisting with any warranty claims
- Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is correct
- Previous Customer Service / scheduling experience within the building industry
- The ability to work with a variety of external contractors
- The ability to deal with customers
- The ability to understand plans
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent time management, presentation and communication skills
