A reputable manufacturer based North-West of Adelaide is looking to add a permanent Customer Service Officer.

Your new role
Face to face and over the phone Customer Service
Processing orders, invoicing, and packaging products
Assessing the quality of products
Assisting customers with their unique requirements
Build rapport and positive relationships with customers
Facilitating and managing stocktake
Organising dispatch and delivery to customers
Provide an excellent customer experience
What you'll need to succeed
A passion for Customer Service
Ability to work autonomously
Willingness to learn
Experience in using multiple IT systems
Have great organisation and time management skills
Great communication skills both verbally and written
