On behalf of our client based in Northgate, we are currently seeking a fulltime Customer Service Officer for a 3-month assignment with the view to go permanent.
As the Customer Service Officer your purpose is to provide a high-quality service to customers by performing a range of administrative and Customer Service functions.
About the role:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
- Rebooking of missed services
- Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
- Booking scheduled services
- Dispute resolution
- Updating services with new information
About you:
- Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
- Previous experience working in a mailroom is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, reliably and flexibly in a changing work environment.
- Knowledge of financial software programs is preferred
- Self Motivated
- Immediate start date

- 3 Month assignment with aim to go permanent
