About the role
This opening is for a Customer Service / Admin Officer to join our team in Mackay
This is a Full time, Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:06.
Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks
Manage customer and client freight queries across multiple divisions within our Mackay Depot
Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
Liaise with on site operations staff in order to resolve any customer queries or requests in a timely manner
Data Entry of timesheet hours, rostering and payroll data into our systems and spreadsheet trackers
Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner
Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required
Order in Uniforms and Stationery where necessary
Manage various spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis
