About the Role
The Senior Change and Communications Manager leads change initiatives and change sizing within the domain, managing a team. You will provide expertise in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and Communications to ensure project success. Collaborating with stakeholders across the University, you will drive impactful change. Be a part of driving change across the Enterprise Services Domain!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of Change & Comms Managers, overseeing recruitment, development, and performance
- Develop and implement Change Management Strategy to drive positive change adoption
- Ensure quality assurance over change management activities and deliverables
- Engage stakeholders, deliver change management support, and develop effective communication plans
Who we are looking for
You will have the ability to build and maintain productive relationships both internally and externally, including consensus-building and negotiation across diverse audiences. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in various communication channels, exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work proactively and independently or as part of a team to achieve portfolio and university goals.
You will also have:
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline with significant experience in a project Change Management environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Extensive experience in assessing Change Readiness and evaluating the implementation of Change initiatives
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the leadership and management of change management resources, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development
