IPA have an exciting opportunity available for our Emerald client.
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Emerald.
The successful candidate will be employed by IPA on a labour hire basis, contracted to our client.
The role will extend until June 2024 with potential of extension.
The rate on offer will be $44.98/hour and the position will be full time hours Monday to Friday (36.25 hours / week).
Our client is a large business based in Emerald and you will be welcomed and supported by a large team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide a positive customer experience by resolving issues effectively and efficiently, adhering to first point of contact resolution principles.
- Handle financial transactions, including cash handling, receipting, and banking procedures following established protocols.
- Maintain data integrity through accurate and efficient data input and records management utilising Council's databases and software platforms.
- Offer general administrative support across various departments within the organization, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Drivers Licence - Minimum of QLD C class provisional drivers licence
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Data entry experience and overall high level of computer skills and capability
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within the team
