Your new role As the Customer service officer, you will be responsible for providing high level Customer service via phone, email and in person.
These duties include but are not limited too; Provide fitting services to customers in a busy Customer service area Process customer orders/requisitions Provide relief to reception staff when front counter is unattended Process general data entry tasks What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar Customer service role will lead you to your success, as will; Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
Your strong time management and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Your attention to detail that is second to none What you'll get in return
