About the role:
Servicing a large customer base and situated at our Caversham office, the primary objective of this role is to process and administer sales orders, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and care.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data entry of customer sales orders
- Coordination with internal staff to ensure orders are confirmed for the requested timeframes
- Attend to customer phone calls and queries
- Face to face interaction with customers at sales counter
- Assist customers with product selection
- Provide general sales support to the Customer Service team
About you:
Along with your positive attitude and natural interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate the following key characteristics:
- Excellent phone manner with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability work in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- No product knowledge or industry experience necessary - all training will be provided on the job!
